Dear Friends,

God is Good! It has been a wonderful year for Faith Baptist Church. The Lord has blessed in so many areas it's almost hard to keep up. In January we finally opened the Refuel Teen Center and it has been a wonderful blessing to our community and our church. We average between 60 to 80 students everyday after school. It's awesome to see God use this building the way that He has. In May, Bro. James Conner who has served as Youth Minister for about 10 years, resigned his position in pursuit of preaching of God's Word. In the summer months we relied on volunteer help and prayed that God would provide our next Youth Minister, and He did. In September, Bro. Brad Parker became our new full-time Youth Minister. We are blessed and so very excited about what God has for His Youth ministry. As the fall has rolled around, we have begun a new year in AWANA and the Senior Lunch, both of which are off to a wonderful start. It sometimes is so easy to take God's blessings for granted, especially the people who are so dedicated to serving Him, but I thank God everyday for those who's hearts desire is to be a servant of God. This year so far the Lord has saved 34 souls added approximately 45 new members, 26+ by baptism. Praise be to God that He allows us to experience these kinds of blessings. I tell you these things not to bring glory to anyone other than the GREAT GOD AND SAVIOR that we serve. The Lord often reminds me that He is not interested in able He is looking for the willing. He is not interested in the qualified because we all fall short of the qualifications. Because of our sin we are all disqualified, but praise God we are justified through His Blood and He has called us to serve Him. It's not about talents, it's about our love for the Savior. My Prayer is that we all as believers will realize and accept that it's not about what we can do, but about what Jesus has already done, what He is doing, and what He promises He'll do in the days to come!

Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

God Bless You,
